MicroMolar ADP Assay
(for measurement of micromolar concentrations of ADP)
The MicroMolar ADP Assay Kit (catalog number: MAD100K) is for measurement of 1 mM – 100 mM (micromolar) ADP. The assay is fluorescence-based and can be carried out using regular 96-well or 384-well black plates or micro-cuvettes. The ADP concentration has a linear relationship with the fluorescence intensity at 535 nm. It can be used for measurement of ADP concentrations in an aqueous solution in the presence of ATP. The assay is not interfered by ATP or AMP. Contamination of ADP in the ATP or AMP samples is possible and will be detected by this ADP assay.
The assay kit contains 10 x MAD buffer, 100 x MAD reagent 1, 100 x MAD reagent 2 and 10 x MAD fluorescence dye. The assay reagents are sufficient for measurement of 100 samples using a standard black 384-well plate.
