Nucleoside Diphosphate (ADP, UDP, GDP and CDP) Assays

The MicroMolar Nucleoside Diphosphate Assays are for measurement of 0.1 to 10 micromolar concentrations of ADP, UDP, GDP and CDP.  Nucleoside triphosphates (ATP, GTP, UTP and CTP) and monophosphates (AMP, UMP, GMP or CMP) are not detected.  The assays can be used to measure contamination of diphosphates in triphosphate samples or monitor hydrolysis of triphosphates. They can also be used for measurement of kinase activities.  The assays are fluorescence-based and are compatible with common reaction buffers.  They are not compatible with samples containing high concentrations of DNA or RNA.

MicroMolar ADP assay kit (Catalog number: MAD100K): The kit contains 10 x buffer, 100 x MAD reagent 1, 100 x MAD reagent 2, 10 x fluorescence dye and 1 mM ADP control.  The assay reagents are sufficient for measurement of 100 samples of ADP using a standard black 384-well plate. 

MicroMolar UDP assay kit (Catalog number: MUD100K): The kit contains 10 x buffer, 100 x UAD reagent 1, 100 x UAD reagent 2, 10 x fluorescence dye and 1 mM UDP control.  The assay reagents are sufficient for measurement of 100 samples of UDP using a standard black 384-well plate. 

 MicroMolar GDP assay kit (Catalog number: MGD100K): The kit contains 10 x buffer, 100 x GAD reagent 1, 100 x GAD reagent 2, 10 x fluorescence dye and 1 mM GDP control.  The assay reagents are sufficient for measurement of 100 samples of GDP using a standard black 384-well plate. 

MicroMolar CDP assay kit (Catalog number: MCD100K): The kit contains 10 x buffer, 100 x CAD reagent 1, 100 x CAD reagent 2, 10 x fluorescence dye and 1 mM CDP control.  The assay reagents are sufficient for measurement of 100 samples of CDP using a standard black 384-well plate.
