Upon loading DNA or RNA at a mass ratio of lipid / RNA (or DNA) = 33, the liposome size is almost doubled. The DPPC Liposome for DNA and RNA Nanoparticles (Catalog number: DCDA20) contains 2 ml of 10 mg/ml total lipids (DPPC:Cholesterol:Dodecylamine = 6.6:3.4:1) in water. The liposome may be diluted with water. It should be stored at 2°C to 8°C. Please do not freeze liposomes.
