The DPPC: Cholesterol Liposome (Catalog number DPC100AT1) is composed of is DPPC and cholesterol in the weight ratio of 1.9:1. The total lipid concentration is 10 mg/ml. The liposome is in a buffer composed of 10 mM histidine, pH 6.5, 9.2 % sucrose. Inside of the liposome, the buffer is 300 mM ammonium tartrate.  It is a non-PEGylated liposome capable of loading compounds containing amine groups. The average size of liposomes is about 80 nm.
