The MicroMolar ADP Assay Kit is for measurement of 1 mM – 100 mM (micromolar) ADP using a fluorescence method (emission at 535 nm, excitation at 485 nm). The assay kit contains 10 x MAD buffer, 100 x MAD reagent 1, 100 x MAD reagent 2 and 10 x MAD fluorescence dye. The assay reagents are sufficient for measurement of 100 samples using a standard black 384-well plate.
