The NanoMolar Phosphate Assay Kit is for measurement of 10 nM – 800 nM phosphate. The assay is based on reduction of the fluorescence intensity of the NanoMolar fluorescent dye by phosphate in a linear fashion.  The kit (catalog number NPA1000) provides the reagents for measurement of 1000 samples using 96-well plates or 4000 samples using 384-well plates. It can be used for measurement of phosphate in an aqueous solution with phosphate concentrations less than 0.5 mM (micromolar).
